Package Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
